Customers contacting support should first attempt to reboot the system. If the problem persists make a note of:

• What kind of Tablet PC you are using.
• The operating system being run.
• The nature of the problem – form use or form design.
• Any additional descriptive symptoms that may be helpful.

Customers may purchase advanced support and maintenance services for their Forms2Base product. Advanced support is available for $89 per copy per year and gives customers:

• Unlimited access to email support and 10 telephone support sessions per year.
• Access to applicable Forms2Base product enhancements and feature releases throughout the year.
• Participation in annual Forms2Base enhancement survey.
